Gita is a strategic planning and transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, change, and operational reinvention.

Prior to founding Soleil Alma, she spent two decades at PwC, where she was a Managing Director and led large-scale transformation, growth strategy, client experience, and operating model initiatives across complex global organizations.

She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Villanova University and has completed executive and professional certifications in human-centered AI leadership, design thinking, product design, and digital transformation.

Through Soleil Alma, Gita partners with executive leadership teams, founders, and boards to align strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives into clear, executable action. Her work combines executive facilitation, operating rigor, and a deeply human-centered approach to organizational change.

Gita also serves as a Business Consultant with Rutgers Business School in partnership with the New Jersey Small Business Development Center, where she advises entrepreneurs and small business owners on business planning, growth strategy, go-to-market approaches, and operational effectiveness. Through her work, she helps founders translate ideas into actionable strategies, navigate complex business challenges, and build sustainable, scalable organizations.

Beyond her professional work, Gita is deeply committed to education, mentorship, and civic engagement. She serves as a Trustee of The Town Hall Foundation, the landmarked 1,500-seat civic and performing arts venue in the heart of Manhattan that was founded by suffragists. She is also a Board Member of the MIT Sloan Alumni Club of New York. For more than twelve years, Gita has served as a mentor in the Villanova University Mentoring Program and as a judge for the Villanova School of Business biannual business case competition, supporting and developing the next generation of business leaders.
